The Clark County Amateur Radio Club (CCARC) was organized in 1953 by a small group of local amateur radio operators in Jeffersonville, Indiana under the directions of the late Jack Himmelheber (W9JBQ). The club was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1956 with the aim of promoting Amateur Radio as a hobby and to provide emergency communications for public safety agencies.
The CCARC Net meets on the air Wednesdays at 9:00 pm on 146.850. There is no PL tone.
All Amateur radio operators welcome to check in.
Club meetings are held every 3rd Friday of the month at 7:00PM (19:00).
The location for the October meeting is at the Moose Lodge in Sellersburg.
The Hoosier Hills hamfest in Bedford Indiana is on Saturday October 6th.

The local Troop 1 JOTA event will be held at the Falls of the Ohio George Rogers Clark Homesite in Jeffersonville, IN.
W9WWI Will be setting up a special event station in Bethlehem, IN on December 8th. This "Christmas in Bethlehem" event will be on 40m - 6m (conditions permitting). LOTW will be used to log contacts, Certificates and QSL's will be given out.
