News: The annual club banquet will be held on Thursday, April 5th at 6 PM. The location of this year's banquet is at Logan's Roadhouse in Clarksville, IN.


The Clark County Amateur Radio Club (CCARC) was organized in 1953 by a small group of local amateur radio operators in Jeffersonville, Indiana under the directions of the late Jack Himmelheber (W9JBQ). The club was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1956 with the aim of promoting Amateur Radio as a hobby and to provide emergency communications for public safety agencies.

CCARC Repeater and Net

The CCARC Net meets on the air Wednesdays at 9:00 pm on 146.850. There is no PL tone.

All Amateur radio operators welcome to check in.

Meetings and Location

Club meetings are held every 3rd Friday of the month at 7:00PM (19:00). Everyone is welcome to stop by the Red Cross located at

Columbus Hamfest 4/7

The 35th annual Columbus, IN hamfest is on April 7th this year.

Dayton Hamvention 5/18 - 5/20
